Lauren joined the Innovations Healthcare team in July of 2022. She received her nursing degree at Southeastern Technical Institute in Easton, MA in 2009.

Lauren has over twelve years experience in long term care and nursing management. Lauren specializes in nursing education and empowering nurses to grow in their roles and also patient advocacy.  

The best part of being a nurse consultant for Lauren is to see long term care facilities thrive after receiving the support they needed from Innovations Healthcare. 

While not at work, Lauren enjoys gardening with her husband, hiking with her kids, and practicing yoga whenever she can.
