Deana joined the Innovations Healthcare team in January 2023. She received her nursing education at North Shore Community College graduating in 2001. Deana has over twenty-three years' experience in long term care and nursing management. Deana specializes in Medicare/Medicaid Reimbursement as an MDS Coordinator /Quality Improvement Nurse for over 20 years.  While not at work, Deana enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter and going to Pilates.
